This was my third cel and my first limited edition. It, like the Animaniacs sericel, was bought mainly to have something for Rob Paulsen and Maurice LaMarche to sign during their Voice Tour appearance in Houston. I intended to take it apart to have them sign directly on the cel, but I'm glad I didn't go through that mess; they signed the certificate instead.
